Cancellation Policy
Scrubix Booking Terms & Conditions By booking a cleaning with Scrubix, you agree to these terms. This summary is not legal advice. Services & Preparation Our standard cleaning covers common tasks such as dusting, wiping surfaces, sanitising kitchens and bathrooms, and vacuuming or mopping floors. Deep cleans, move‑out cleans, window washing, laundry and other speciality services are excluded unless selected. For safety we do not climb high ladders, move heavy furniture or handle hazardous materials. Please tidy clutter and ensure access to your home; pets must be secured. Estimates, Pricing & Adjustments Prices quoted at booking are based on the size and description of your home and assume normal conditions. They are estimates, not guarantees. If your property is substantially dirtier, more cluttered or larger than stated, extra time and supplies may be required. We reserve the right to revise the price before continuing. You will be notified of the change and may decline; a cancellation fee may apply if service is not performed. Recurring weekly, bi‑weekly or monthly plans are discounted compared with one‑off services. Should you cancel a recurring plan after the first visit, the one‑time rate applies for that visit. We may adjust our rates periodically to reflect changes in costs; recurring clients will be given reasonable notice. Scheduling, Access & Cancellations Appointments are scheduled within a time window; actual arrival may vary. You must provide clear entry instructions. If we cannot access your home at the scheduled time, a lock‑out fee or full service charge may be assessed. To cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less notice may incur a fee; same‑day cancellations or no‑shows may be charged in full. Payment is due at booking or immediately after service, depending on the option you select. Satisfaction & Liability If you are dissatisfied with an area we cleaned, tell us within 24 hours and we will return to re‑clean that area. We are not responsible for normal wear, pre‑existing damage or items that are not properly secured. Please remove fragile items before service; we do not move heavy furniture or appliances. In the rare event of damage due to our negligence, notify us within 24 hours and we will repair, replace or reimburse the fair value. We may refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe (for example, severe clutter, infestations or biohazards).
