Lloyd and Shannon embarked on a journey into the short-term rental market by transforming their Colorado Springs property into a vacation rental in 2012.   Recognizing the allure and advantages of vacation rentals over traditional hotel stays, they sought to offer such enriching experiences to their guests. 

 

In 2017, searching for a quality property management company they were quickly disappointed by the lack of personal touch and detailed attention offered by larger firms. Motivated by this gap in service, Lloyd and Shannon took matters into their own hands and founded their own property management company, nestago.

 

Once again, as their Colorado Springs property management company grew, they noticed a gap in quality housekeeping.  So, they did what any sane entrepreneur would do and formed Scrubix Solutions to gain better control and provide quality Air Bnb cleans, ensuring homes were always ready for the next guest!

As property managers, they also realized the need for a quality company to assist other landlords and property managers with getting their rentals professionally cleaned and ready for the next tenant.
